In my hometown, there is a great meatball at Luigi’s restaurant, (a long-time favorite). What makes Luigi’s special, not just for their meatballs, is the sauce! The meatball is moist, good size and flavorful. Their red sauce, however, sets it apart. It is one of the meatballs by which I compare all others.
